Pick what shows

  1. Under Show on calendar, turn on the items you want, such as Appointments, Invoice due dates, or Deposits due.

Recurring expenses are off by default. Anyone with your link can see them.

Use Outlook or another app

Before you do this

Anyone with your link can read your calendar. Don’t post it or share it outside your team.

  1. On Calendars, open More options.
  2. Next to Copy link, click Copy.
  3. In Outlook or your other app, add a calendar from the internet and paste the link.

Need a one-time copy instead? Use Download .ics. It doesn’t update.

How it stays in sync

Your calendar app shows what’s in PlanBill and updates on its own. Changes you make there don’t come back to PlanBill.

Each person on your team has their own link.
